Biographical / Historical
The OB People's Rag was an "anti-profit" organization with no editor (rather, all staff worked as a collective), established 1970. It was published twice monthly as a community, tabloid-stlye underground newspaper serving the beach area of San Diego, and contained perspectives, news, and events related to San Diego's counterculture community, as well as articles on local history and national news.
