Folder contains materials related to the Pala Library. Folder contains email correspondences between Micheale White (AA’Alvikat Library), Delaine Downie, and Judith Downie (CSUSM) regarding the donation of books to the AA’Alvikat Library. Additionally, folder contains many email correspondences between Biggs and other tribal, CSUSM, and North County librarians. Biggs was in contact with tribal and CSUSM librarians in order to aid Doretta Musick in applying for the Agnes Hammond Scholarship in 1998. Biggs and Jo Ann Greenberg wrote her letters of recommendation, and the folder also contains Musick's application letter. Biggs was also in contact with faculty from CSUSM, hoping to fill a service learning position at Pala reservation.

Folder also contains flyers and manuals, such as the "Pala Learning Center," grand opening flyer (October 9, 1998), the “Pala Learning Center Technology Assessment” by Susan M. Thompson (1999), and the “Pala Learning Center: Language Needs Assessment” by Susan M. Thompson (2001).
