File consists of four folders related to the IILF III (International Indigenous Librarians' Forum).

Folders 04/14 and 04/15, "International Indigenous Librarians' Forum III contains materials related to the International Indigenous Librarians' Forum III, hosted in Santa Fe, New Mexico, November 9-13, 2003. Folder includes event materials, including a paricipation list and a program (3 copies, 1 copy contains Biggs' handwritten notes). Folder also contains the "International Indigenous Librarians Forum III Manifesto." Folder also includes various emails and letters of correspondences, including, but not limited to, correspondences regarding the tax exempt number for the Forum; planning for the event; controversy surrounding John Berry and the Maori stone; and a letter from Patterson to Mary Alice Tsosie (chair of the Native American Libraries, Special Interest Group, NALSIG), expressing appreciation to her and to the NALSIG assistance with the event.

Folder 04/16, ""International Indigenous Librarians' Forum III: Photographs" contains 18 photographs depicting the formation of the Native Libraries Roundtable, CLA, 11/15/03.

Folder 04/17, "International Indigenous Librarians' Forum III: 'Stone Images' CD" contains CD-ROM and associated documents related to the IILF III. The CD-ROM contains four images of a Mauri Stone, a sacred stone of the Māori of New Zealand. Digital surrogates of images are available to researchers.
