"Steel skeleton provides building's strength", 1970-08-20
"John Hook makes his way along a steel beam in the rapidly rising structure on Grand Avenue and Escondido Boulevard that is the future home of Palomar Savings and Loan Association. The building is being constructed by Kitchell Contractors, Inc., of San Diego. Project superintendent is Norman W. Newman. The study in black and white was produced by printing the photo on high-contrast paper." Similar images in envelope.

"Mrs. John Edmondson Jr. displays the trophy recently received by the Junior Woman's Club in recognition of the many hours they contributed in the neighbor to neighbor cancer drive. Mrs. Edmondson is cancer chairman for the local Junior Woman's Club. The trophy will be on display for one month at Escondido National Bank."
