Scope and Contents Recall that at the onsent of the pandemic in early 2020 there was a run on paper towels and tissue paper, among other things, resuting in shortages. The residual cardboad tubes gave me a novel pandemic art idea - use acrylic paint to paint bright, colorful designs and scenes on the cylinders. Thus was born one of my pandemic art projects.
