Valley Parkway. The larger girders will support a second story of the structure, to house a total of 125,000 square feet of floor space." "This scene, looking down a Valley Center side road, seems to be asking: "What do we do with the increasing mass of used-up impedimenta of our produce-and-consume culture?" Stiffer fines for dumping and littering have not slowed the problem appreciably. Nevertheless, though slightly after the fact, maybe the sign will be heeded."
