Max Disposti is the founder and Executive Director of the North County LGBTQ Resource Center. Largely a gay-focused newsmagazine with some content geared towards lesbians, the Pacific Coast Times covered national, California, and local news and culture relevant to San Diego's gay and lesbian community, with a strong focus on California, especially the LA and San Diego regions.
