File consists of transcript of oral history interview of Louis H. Helibron by Dr. Judson Grenier, 1986- 1987. The interviews were conducted in three parts, August 18 and 19, 1986, at Mr. Heilbron's law firm, and January 5, 1987 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Long Beach, California. The purpose of the oral history interview is to ducment the origins of the CSU system, specifically to record Heilbron's participation in the creation of the California State Colleges, and his related memories....
